My toaster is blowing fuses

If your toaster is blowing a fuse it may be worth checking there is not a piece of dried fruit from a tea cake or similar caught between the cage and the element.

The water content in the fruit can often be the cause of this concern. If you can see something caught, unplug the toaster and ensure it cools down completely, remove and empty the crumb tray.

Tip the toaster upside-down and gently shake to remove the caught object. Refit the crumb tray and plug in the toaster, it should now be ready to use again.

In the event that this has not rectified the problem please take your toaster to your nearest De'Longhi authorised service agent or ocntact Delonghi Customer Experience.
