What does the "E" error code mean on my MultiServe?

  • If the display shows an error code of: E02, E05, E08, E09, E16 and E18 you need to unplug the appliance, wait 5 minutes, and plug it back in. You now should perform a descale cycle.
  • If the display shows an error code of: E03, E04, E06, E07, E10, E11, E12, E14, E15 and E17 you need to unplug the appliance, wait 5 minutes, and plug it back in.
  • If the display shows an error code of E21 or H2O make sure there is water in the tank, turn the unit off and on again to try and clear the error. You can also watch the video below for further information.  
  • If the display shows an error code of E19 make sure the selector knob is not stuck in between two selection then clear the error.
  • If the display shows an error code of E13 make sure when making an Ice coffee to have selected the "over ice" function then clear the error.
